Focus & Flow: ADHD Skills Building Group
Our ADHD Skills Building Group helps young people discover their strengths, speak up for what they need, and treat themselves with kindness.
We know an ADHD diagnosis can raise a lot of questions. This program gives families clear information and practical systems tailored to their child, while celebrating the creativity, curiosity, and energy that come with an ADHD brain. Parents also build skills to spot and nurture their childβs strengths at home and to strengthen connection in their relationship.
Whatβs included:
π§ Weekly group sessions: Youth learn and practice skills like planning, time management, emotional regulation, and working memory strategies in a supportive, hands-on setting with peers who get it.
π Homework club: Dedicated time to put those skills to work on real assignments, with guidance from our team. Less stress at the kitchen table, more confidence in the classroom.
π¨βπ©βπ§ Parent feedback sessions: Regular check-ins to share progress, answer questions, and offer strategies to reinforce what your child is learning at home.
π Strengths-focused, empowerment approach: Guided discussions and education help youth notice their strengths, discover the tools that work for their brain, and work toward their goals, find their passions, and improve their relationships.
